Privacy note

This site collects one thing: your email address, and only if you submit the Rent Snapshot form with the consent box ticked.

What it is used for. Sending you the West Chiang Mai Rent Snapshot and the quarterly letter from Jed Yod. Nothing else. No data is sold or shared.

Legal basis. Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.

Where it lives. Addresses are stored with UseInbox, an EU email service running on EU data centers (GDPR compliant, DPA signed).

How long. Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Your rights. Access, correction, and deletion. Reply to any letter, or reach me through the contact on byjed.com.

One honest limitation. The form cannot verify that the address entered belongs to the person typing it. If someone signed you up without your knowledge, the unsubscribe link in the first email removes you permanently, or write me and I delete the address.

Analytics. Aggregate page analytics only, via a self-hosted Umami instance on EU servers (Contabo, Germany). Cookieless, no personal data stored, no advertising trackers.

Photographs. Every photograph on this site was taken by me, Jedrzej Tabaczynski, in and around the neighborhood, and is © Jedrzej Tabaczynski, all rights reserved. Want to reuse one with credit? Ask: reach me through byjed.com. Location metadata is removed from published images; the photos say which neighborhood, never which house.

This note applies GDPR and Thailand PDPA principles.
